Visibuild requires a minimum of 3GB of device memory (RAM). We recommend using one of the recommended devices listed below and keeping the device operating system (OS) up to date.

To receive new features and fixes it’s important to keep the Visibuild app up to date. You can maintain this by enabling automatic updates on your iOS or Android device.

iPhone: iPhone 13 or newer

iPad: iPad 9th generation or newer, iPad Mini 6th generation or newer, iPad Pro 6rd generation or newer, iPad Air 5rd generation or newer

OS: iOS/iPadOS 18 or newer

iPhone: iPhone XR, XS or newer, iPhone SE 2nd generation or newer

iPad: iPad 7th generation or newer, iPad Mini 5th generation or newer, iPad Pro 3rd generation or newer, iPad Air 3rd generation or newer

OS: iOS/iPadOS 16 or newer

To update your device, go to Settings > General > Software Update. For more details on updating, refer to Apple’s support article: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Note: If your device is company-issued and managed, you may need to contact your IT department to complete the update.
