In order to achieve the quickest feedback cycle possible, we have added a way for our end users to make support requests as quickly and as seamlessly as possible for both of our platforms.
Making a support request on web
On the web application, there is an icon on the bottom-right hand side of the window (1.a) that you can toggle to open our live chat and help centre (1.b).

Making a support request on our iOS/Android apps
On the mobile applications, you will need to navigate to Settings (2.a), then select Support > Live Chat (2.b) from the settings view. This will open the live chat and help centre (2.c).
