Prior to defecting, consider some features in Visibuild to help automate and take the hassle out of Issue management.
Create Defect Rounds π
Whether you follow the typical four-stage defecting process or have a more complex project requiring additional defect classification, setting up Defect Rounds is a customisable way to categories your project defects.
How to setup:
Project admins can create and manage defect rounds by heading to Project setup > Issues.
Once you've set these up, all users will be prompted to enter a defect round whenever they create new defects on the project, or skip selection.
Filter by Defect Round on the Web App
Afterwhich you can filter to those customised defect rounds by selecting Issues > Defects > Defect Round.

Automate Dues Date for Issues π
Instead of manually setting due dates for mountains of Issues (Defects, Incorrect Works & Incomplete Works) being raised on your project, set the benchmark for what you accept as a suitable issue close out duration on your project.
How to Set It Up:
Project admins can simply define a default due date duration (days) for the project by heading to Project setup > Issues.
For example, if you expect all issues raised on the project to be closed out in one week, set the duration to 7 days.
Automate Reviewer for Issues π΅οΈ
This is only available as a Mobile App setting.
Leave no stone unturned and ensure that every issue you create is addressed and reviewed by your company.
How to set up:
To automate your Company as Reviewer to all defects you create, navigate to the Home page of the Visibuild mobile app, go to the Settings page, and toggle on 'Auto-assign a default reviewer'.
Set Up Location QR Codes
To provide quick access to Locations, you can print Location QR Codes and allow users (with a Visibuild account) to scan the QR code with their native mobile camera and it will take you directly into the project location in the mobile app.
Contact us through the live chat to request bulk download of Location QR Codes.
