Why it matters

By streamlining communication and eliminating the delay between site inspections and documentation, Visibuild ensures no critical detail is overlooked and key concerns are addressed promptly.

Designed as an easy-to-use inspection tool, Visibuild enables real-time capture of site observations and immediate assignment to project partners for closeout โ€” keeping everyone aligned, accountable, and proactive.

How to use Visibuild

The Visibuild Mobile & Web app allows you to create tasks and issues within an inspection, delegate the work to others and track the status of completion - all in one platform.

  • Tasks & Issues in Visibuild can be treated as a way to document and instantly attach photos of your site observations, ensuring nothing is missed.

  • Inspections in Visibuild are used to consolidate all Visis (Tasks or Issues) into a single Site Inspection Report, making your observations clear and organised.

Step 1. Sign In & Get Going

Get started right away by logging into Visibuild Mobile app and create an inspection.

  1. Create an inspection from scratch.

  2. Give it a title - "Site inspection (date)".

  3. Choose the most appropriate location relevant to your inspection - "Ground Level".

  4. Keep the assignee to yourself for now.

Add observations in your inspection

  1. Scroll down to the Checklist section, and tap on the small + button.

  2. Select Task or Issue.

  3. Again, simply give it a title, location and assignee to create the Visi.

    • Appoint an assignee who is responsible for delegating the work or completing the work.

  4. (Optional) Add description to provide more context.

  5. Next, take photos of your observation and add them into the Visi.

    • You can add a markup or skip by tapping 'next'.

  6. Lastly, you can add yourself as a Reviewer as a way to assess the work before the Visi can be closed.

Step 2. Use Templates to standardise data collection

By setting up Visi templates, you can predefine common input fields like descriptions, image requirements and closeout actions. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency, maintains a professional standard, and enables you to focus on delivering clear, actionable insights for your clients.

Step 3. Try this too - Create your site inspections from templates

  • Create a new inspection from template

  • Add more Visis from template within your inspection

Step 4. Examples of some information you can template

Example of an Inspection Template - "Site Inspection Report [Date]"

Example of a Task Template - "Observation"

Example of an Issue Template - "Incorrect Works"

Other Features

Apply Review Workflow

Utilising a review workflow ensures Visis are reviewed and approved by the designated Reviewer before they are closed. This promotes accountability and quality control.
