Visibuild offers an exporting feature that allows users to efficiently share specific Visi data with external parties. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to utilise the 'Single Export' option, along with details about the different 'Bulk Export' modes available.

Once you've selected the Visi you would like to share, you'll notice a sidebar will appear on the right. Look for the '...' button and Select 'Export PDF'.

Exported PDFs now contain all the data relevant to your inspections, including:

To export multiple Visis at once, go to the location page of the Visi. Select multiple Visis by ticking the box sitting next to the Visi number. A floating bar will then appear at the bottom of the page where you can then click on the 'More' button.

Option 1 - Full details

Similar to the 'Single Export' feature, this option generates separate PDFs for the chosen Visis, offering a complete compilation of Visi data and suited for sharing information to external parties.

Option 2 - Comfortable

If you're looking to export all captured images within a Visi / Location, e.g defects in Apartment 101, and have it neatly contained on a single PDF page, the 'Comfortable' option provides a larger-sized image gallery for comfortable viewing when users are conducting close out inspections on the field.

Option 3 - Compact

Instead of sharing a comprehensive set of Visi data, the 'Compact' option is more suited for informing the status of Visis. It comes with accessible links, via Location Page QR Code, enabling direct access to the project's details.

Communicate project status with external parties by simply exporting to CSV to download a data table detailing the status of Visis in your project, complete with vital metadata such as location, assignee, due date, and more.
