What are Bulk Actions and how do I perform them?

Bulk actions allow you to quickly update multiple Visis at once making document management a breeze!

Hitting the checkbox in the top left hand corner will select all Visis on the page, whereas clicking each individual checkbox will allow you to select the ones you need to update.

Once selected, pick from the options in the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Combining this function with the filters above allows you to quickly update the Visis you're looking for!

Toolbar Actions

Clicking the Edit, Export or More button on the toolbar to bring up the options we have for bulk visi management.

Edit

Reviewer

Changes the reviewer to a specific user. The user must approve the Visi that is in review in order to close it out.

Assignee

Changes the assignee to another user or to a company. This is handy if someone leaves the business or another contractor is taking over for a certain set of works.

Location

If you have created a large number on inspections in the wrong location, select them all at once and get the location updated swiftly.

Due Date

If you require the same due date across multiple Visis, this feature will allow you to set them all to the same due date. This allows you to ensure all your Visis will be completed on time.

Viewers

Adding viewers to your Visis will allow you to quickly give view access to to the chosen users.

Export

Export to PDF

Export Visis into a PDF to share Visi data with external parties. All of the selected Visis will be sent to your email for download.

Export to CSV

Communicate project status with external parties by simply exporting to CSV to download a data table detailing the status of Visis in your project, complete with vital metadata such as location, assignee, due date, and more.

Archive

If you're wanting to remove Visis as they are part of an old revision or are no longer required, use this feature to quickly clean up your project with ease. Refer to our How to archive Visis article for more details.

Always double check to make sure you have the right Visis selected!
