The Review Workflow in Visibuild ensures inspections, tasks, issues or NCRs are reviewed and approved by the designated Reviewer before they are closed. This promotes accountability and quality control.
How to request a review
When a Reviewer is added to a Visi, the system prompts you to request review once the requirements of the task or issue are completed. This ensures the Reviewer can assess the work before closure.
To close this Visi, the Reviewer must approve and close it from their end.
Where should I add a Reviewer
Parent Visi: The review workflow activates when all associated Child Visis in the checklist are complete.
Child Visi: The workflow can be triggered when that specific task or issue is completed.
For repeatable workflows, designate a Reviewer at the template level to auto-populate every time you create new Visis.

How to allow multiple individuals π₯ to review a Visi
If multiple team members need to review a Visi, set the entire Company as the Reviewer:

Flexibility: Any qualified team member from the Company can review and close out the Visi.
Seamless Handover: If the original Reviewer is unavailable, another team member can take over to avoid delays.

How to complete a review
Navigate to 'Your List'
All Visis ready for your review will appear in the 'Your List' page.
While you're here, you can complete the review by opening the side bar and click 'Approve and close'.
Filter to all Visis 'in review' from project locations
You might have way more Visis 'in review' compared to the example above, you can filter to Visis 'in review' from each level at a time to complete the review.
Open the Visi details page to check that all requirements have been fulfilled, you can then click 'Approve and close'.
How to request for changes
If there are some changes that you would like to be made or some additional work that you would like completed, you can kick back the review request by requesting for changes.
By selecting this option, you will be able to leave a comment to detail what needs to be changed, or any other further requests that are required.
Once you submit the change request, the Visi will be marked as open again, and the original assignee will be notified that changes were requested.
This same process can be completed in the mobile app as well by following the same steps.
