At this stage, some locations are ready for re-inspections; defects have been resolved by trades and ready for review.
1. Navigate to a Location
Expand the location tree on the Mobile App or scan the printed Location QR Code with your native mobile camera.
2. Filter to Defects in review
Once you're in, filter to Visi Type 'Issues' > 'Defect' and filter to Visi Status 'In review'.
Where applicable, the Defect Round filter will appear to help you narrow down to a list of defects categorised by its round.
Show All Visis
If there are issues created within a Parent Visi, you can reveal all Child visis in the location page by switching to the 'All' tab.
3. Action Visis ready for your review
Approve and Close Defects
Once you've confirmed that the defect has been resolved upon re-inspection, you can 'Approve and close' the defect.
Request Changes
Next to the 'Approve and close' button, select the v arrow to show an option to 'Request changes'. It will prompt you to provide an explanation. This will send the defect back to an 'Open' status and notify the Assignee of your request for changes.
4. Action Visis ready for others to review
Reassign Reviewer
You can change the Reviewer while the visi status is 'in review' or 'open'. If the defect has been 'closed', you'll need to reopen the Visi before changing the metadata fields.
Open the Visi you would like to edit.
Tap on the Reviewer field to reassign.
Hit 'Done' after making any changes.
Cancel Request
If the Visi is not ready for others to review, you can 'Cancel review request'.
