Establish a sequential review process by adding multiple review steps for Visis created. Once a Visi is approved by the first reviewer, it will automatically transfer to the next reviewer in the chain. This ensures a structured and transparent workflow, ultimately leading to the Visi being approved and closed.
Adding a Review Step
This can be done as you are create Visis or modify an existing Visi to include an additional review step. This feature is flexible, allowing you to make changes retrospectively.

How to complete a review
All Visis ready for your review will appear in the 'Your List' page.
While you're here, you can complete the review by opening the side bar and click 'Approve and close'.
