How To Create A Review (Sign-off) Required Visi

Visibuild allows you to set a reviewer, so you can make sure that everything has been completed before closing the task, inspection or issue.

The reviewer can be set when creating the Visi, or alternatively it can be set by editing an existing Visi, by selecting the drop down menu in the form.

If a reviewer has already been set, then you will see the reviewers name associated with the Visi as well

This process is identical on the mobile app. You will be able to create a Visi and set the reviewer then and there.

Alternatively, like the web app, if you want to add a reviewer to an already existing Visi, you can edit the Visi and add a reviewer by editing the reviewer field in the Visi details form.

How To Complete a Review (Sign-Off) in Visibuild

To confirm and check that a Visi is ready to be reviewed simply navigate to the 'Your List' page Visis that are currently in the 'Review' state.

Once you have found a Visi that requires your review, the specific details of the Visi can be opened by selecting the Visi and opening it.

If everything has been completed and you are happy to mark the Visi as complete, then you can select the option to 'Approve and Close' which will mark the Visi as closed.

However if there are some changes that you would like to be made or some additional work that you would like completed, then under the sub action button, you will see the option to 'Request Changes'.

By selecting this option you will be able to leave a comment with the required changes, or any other further requests that are required.

Once you submit the change request, the Visi will be marked as open again, and the original assignee will be notified that changes were requested.

This same process can be completed in the mobile app as well by following the same steps.
