Step by step guide on adding users and companies to your project.

Visibuild is built to enhance collaboration between all project stakeholders, bringing work together on one platform. Below is a summary of how various stakeholders benefit from the use of Visibuild on their project.

Client

Visibuild provides continuity and data integrity throughout a project's lifecycle from inception to post completion.

Visibuild streamlines the entire QA process and allows teams to deliver a high quality product.

Consultants

Visibuild removes the heavily manual process of completing site inspections and reports, capturing all inspections directly in the platform.

Subcontractors

Visibuild ensures that subcontractors are completing QA in real time, allowing all stakeholders enhanced visibility across the project.

Suppliers

Visibuild allows project teams to track the QA progress of offsite suppliers such as facade and precast concrete, ensuring quality products are delivered to site.

Note: This can only be done by a 'project admin' user. Refer to this article to learn more about member roles and permissions in Visibuild.


Adding Members from your Company

Go to Project Setup > Members to add and remove members from the project.

Click on 'Invite to project' or '+' to add new or existing Visibuild members to the project using their name or email.


Editing & Removing Members

You can upgrade a member to project admin, or remove a member from the project, by clicking on the 3 dots on the member's row. If removed, all the past activity from that member will remain visible in the project.​


​Inviting companies to your project

Visibuild allows you to work with all your stakeholders on one platform. We make it easy for you to add companies to your project whether or not they've signed up to Visibuild.

Navigate to Project Setup > Members, click on '+ Invite to project' and select 'Company'.

Enter the company name to search for the company you'd like to add to your project.


Invite members from other companies

After inviting the company to your project, you now have access to adding any members from that company to your project.

Can't find the company you're looking for?

If the company you're looking for doesn't appear through search, click on 'Invite them' in the banner that says 'Can't find the company you're looking for?'

Add the new company by entering the company name and a company admins email. This person will be responsible for setting up their company in the platform by inputting the businesses registration number.
