Step 1 - Location Tree
Setting up your project for success starts with your project's location tree. The location tree is generally based off of the General Arrangement plans of the project which typically outlines number of levels, rooms and areas associated with each level. These plans are a perfect starting point for setting up the baseline and standardised structure of the project's tree.

Key thing to note is that the location tree can be edited at any point in time during the project's lifecycle. If something changes in the project's lifecycle or your need additional locations added, you can reach out to Visibuild directly who will assist in updating the location tree of the project.
Step 2 - Adding Users
There is no limit to the number of users that can be setup for your company on Visibuild.
If there is anyone else that requires admin rights on your project, you can simply make them a 'Project Admin'.
Step 3 - Project Templates
Setting up your project templates is typically determined by what works are occurring or what elements are being constructed on your project that require quality data to be captured for. Think of a inspection template as a 'Concrete Pre & Pour Inspection' or 'Pre-Sheeting Checklist', these are two classic examples where it is imperative for an inspection template to be built for.
For the majority of works and elements on your project, your company has already created a suite of templates that can be imported and used on your project. These templates will set the minimum standards and requirements for items to be captured.
Step 4 - Milestones
Visibuild allows you to link quality with your project program which allows your team to keep track of your project’s QA and programme status straight from your desktop.
