How to configure SAML SSO

Identity Management

When first configuring Single Sign-On for your company, visit the Identity management section in the company setup page. (Note that this page is only visible to company users with the “auth manager” role. If you cannot see this page, please contact support.)

Click Edit configuration and:

  1. Copy the Visibuild details into your Identity Provider (e.g. Entra ID)

  2. Add the relevant details from your Identity Provider and click Save

Enable SSO:

Logout and visit https://app.visibuild.com.au/sso to verify Single Sign-On is working for your company.

Note: Users must already exist in both Visibuild and in the Identity Provider. The SAML flow matches the Name ID from the Identity Provider against the user’s “username” in Visibuild. (The username is not visible in the product but it is typically the same as their email address.)
