Company onboarding is designed for new customers using Visibuild as their quality management of choice across their business. We'll guide you through the important steps to take to setup your company for success in Visibuild, showing you best practices, give recommendations and how to optimise all of the functionality that Visibuild offers whilst keeping your business priorities in mind.

When you complete your company onboarding with Visibuild, you’ll be confident using Visibuild to reach your quality management goals.

Step 1 - Company Template Setup

Transforming and streamlining quality management across your business starts with setting up your company template library. These templates will set the minimum standard across all of your projects by implementing hold points, witness points, milestones and third party reviewers, giving you the confidence that your project teams are capturing the right data.

All templates created within the template library are date and time stamped, and revision controlled which allows you to track which revision is being used by each of your projects.

Whilst building your company templates, it is important to ensure that you have applied the following where applicable:

Step 2 - Project Setup

Now it's time to get all of your current and future projects live in Visibuild!

Your Visibuild Project Coordinator will reach out to the main point of contact on the project to start the project onboarding process.

Step 3 - Company Member Management

As a company admin, you have the ability to manage all of your employees and their Visibuild access all from one page.

There is no limit to the number of users that can be setup from your company. Each user will have their own account, all that is required is a person's email address. Each person who receives a welcome email to the platform will be required to setup their own account (name and password).

Whilst issuing out invites to the platform, it is important to consider who else from your company should be made a company admin.
